Delivery and validity

Once sales open and payment is verified, purchased stones are credited to the wallet in the purchasing browser. Stones are only used for hints and undo in Baduk First Step, not for placing moves. No expiration date is currently set. Stones cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

Keep your wallet recovery file in a safe place after purchasing. Wallet recovery is needed if you clear browser data or change devices. Restore wallet

Refunds and support

You may request a refund for unused purchased stones. For a partially used pack, we review the unused portion after deducting the amount corresponding to the stones used from the purchase price. Delivery errors and service defects are reviewed separately. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Email support with your order number and request. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or wallet recovery files. [email protected]
